    sorry mate just saw your message , how true, they are still living on the roof but hopefully not for too much longer! besides they will be replaced by a new set I'm sure. Perks of moving to the seaside eh. Apparently they dislike the colour red, bit rude that!!

    Aye there's quite a bit of anecdotal evidence that they shy away from red - one guy even painted his roof red and swears it worked! - but nobody knows for sure. Except the gulls, and they ain't telling lol.

    Have you tried a supersoaker? Water is summat else they don't like - not when it's squirted at em!

    Its actually ok now they have stopped attacking us not really a problem anymore we've had some tips from the locals though not all very kind to the seagulls, yes we bought a supersoaker not had to use it yet except on the family ;)
