I think you are totally bonkers.

What gives you the right to demand Cryne sacks Davey.

If football upsets you so much I suggest you seek medical advice.

So who exactly are you then? Apart from a nameless moniker claiming to represent mine and the majority of Barnsley fans veiws demanding the sacking of the manager. I do not think anyone on here is 100% happy at the start BFc have made to the season but i only need to look at the south coast and see, we're not the only ones not woken up yet.
Davey has done more or less what ever fan wanted over the summer, signed Adam Hammill, Signed a left midfielder and a striker with proven expirence at this level and given youth a chance
I said at the start of the summer Davey would get ten games before i totally lost faith and wanted the replacement in. He has had 5.
This constant barrage of people claiming to want Davey out for whatever reason - and i do beleive some of the dislike directed towards him is personal rather than football related- smacks of nothing more than one upmanship between each other claiming the moral , we told you so ground.
It would be churlish to suggest Cryne isn't aware fof the situation and he will have no doubt expressed his concerns to Davey and his expections and when he needs them delivered by. Anyone who thinks Cryne will not have done so is in my veiw extremely naive.
I cannot see how having a protest outside the ground will accomplish anything positive. The only thing it will do is highlight the club in a negative manner and cause further divide and unrest between the fans, the club and each other.

RE: shall those of us who don't agree also stage a demonstration?

you sure about that, there is a biiiig difference in thinking a demo is a bad idea and actually thinking keeping Dasvey is a good idea. How you get the idea its a minority who want him out is beyond me personally I think you would be lucky if its a close as 50/50

*** Please Don't Do It ***

The players have said they enjoy playing for Davey.

If there is a protest at the match do you think we will win?

It will be hard enough as it is, playing Reading an' all.

This is far too soon in the season. The seasons gone are just that.

He has just got his main signing in the side, the goal scorer (hopefully) that he wanted. He has just got an international creative midfielder & hopefully he will get clearance for another international player.

Boggy was also missing for family reasons on Saturday.

Lets see what Boggy/Gray can do with Emil, Hammill/Hume providing the crosses & thompson dominating midfield or operating as the defensive cover that you claim he has done nothing about. Colace is also due back from injury, another important midfielder.

This thread has cheered me up

Reading through I'm now happy that there is a sensible majority out there. Good on you all. Sometimes the repetitious negative posts colour the view of the masses. Even the Davey Out brigade are pointing out that PC should be left to his own devices and that it's too early to be taking action. The remaining few seem to suffer from personal attacks (useless welsh t8%t - really?) which irretrievably undermine their argument, making them sound unstable and immature.

Is that right?

You're so far off the mark with that one that you're in another time zone. When I said that doyle saved the club and cryne played his part I meant that Doyle saved us from closing there and then while Crynes takeover wasn't a case of the club going out of business within hours/days so he didn't save us from closing as such, what he did is rebuilt the club and turned it round (or has started to at least).

I don't think that Cryne save something means that that thing is in immediate and immenent danger. As I see it we were in long term danger so cryne secured the club rather than saved it.

Who do I think has done the 'greater' thing? By that I mean who should take most credit out of the two of them. From a business point of view both equally. One saved us from instant closure, the other secured the club long term. From a personal input point of view it is quite obvious that Cryne 'wins' hands down. His time and more importantly his money is what has really made the difference

Because the concept is stupid Gally thats why

Information is given out at a PUBLIC meeting where anyone from any club or media organisation can attend yet those in attendance are asked not to put the information on the internet where fans can read it in case the media and in turn other clubs get hold of it. Then a few days later the clubs manager who was at the meeting puts it on the internet.

I said I'd give him 10 games but all my good will has gone and i want him out now. I've had enough of the same old ****. And its not a knee jerk reaction to four games, people seem to forget that Davey has been in charge for quite a while now and we havent moved forward one bit. Get him out now.
