I have a certain morality by which I live my life. Your views on moralityseems to vary depending whether you are on the receiving end or not, so who's the tosspot?
Entirely see your point of view!. Yes - if ManUre visited us next season I suspect the club would up the prices (despite the fact Old Trafford charge one of the lowest Premiership prices for away fans) - and they would do that based on supply and demand and the stature of the opposition. However, my point re Leicester relates to the fact that the fans, the club itself, the Supporters Trust and the Football Supporters Federation (who represent football fans in general) ALL complained about Leicester City FCs' approach re charging for our game, yet our club is adopting exactly the same approach. kettle, black and pot all spring to mind! I'm not blaming the club for the stance they have taken as such, I just think they've missed a perfect opportunity to make a point - and it wouldn't have cost them too much financially. They might have won a bit of respect in the process!

Yes - of course Shep is entitled to the right of reply. The trouble is, the nature of his responses leave a lot to be desired! He has accused a certain contributor to this forum (who has a Ph.d 1st Class from Cambridge incidentally) of being ignorant, he has stated to other fans that they are 'outside of football' - I could go on. Sorry, but that is not the way for a Football Club Chairman to behave. In accepting that position he accepts he will be criticised, abused, called to account. I'm not saying that is right - but that is the nature of the job. He should rise above it all - John Dennis did, Peter Ridsdale (for all his critics) did - Shep should learn to do the same because his current approach does him no favours at all. Telling supporters he is a muilti-millionaire and a fan of 60+ years standing and therefore above comment from fans who are the life-blood of our club is no way to get those fans behind you, imho.
