Possible new Barca ground

Well i've just asked my brother again and he sez they're putting a roof on it and putting lights around the outside that change colour (like the allianz arena). He sez theres a model in the museum of what it will look like.

 

From the picture the bridge looks to be completely enclosed nt

 

Looks class, is that a pier at the back for Laporta's yacht??? nt

 

it does in the first picture but not in the fourth
