    Did he play well? No. Have I seen worse performances from players? Just about every Saturday since I started watching football 35 years ago.

    It wasn't embarrassing. He, with Perkins, were being asked to play against three top, top players.

    Dawson and Perkins couldn't handle them. No disrespect in that.

    I actually thought Perkins did ok for the first half then faded. Dawson was poor from the first whistle.
