rarely but occasionally. the problem is that there is very little good news coming out of the club so there is little good to say. on the pitch we are slowly improving and the comments about the team and playing side will improve with them. off the pitch we only hear bad things and the way the club puts spin onto everything they give out just makes people more negative and suspicious of anything they do.

take a look at our match reports. in every game this season you would think we would have beat chelsea 6 nil according to rob knowles. we have contradictary news stories released from the club about money available and by accounts on here the chairman doesnt take kindly to criticism or awkward questions and becomes very defensive.

the club needs a complete review of its pr and media handling policy and only then will things improve

The football is the most important thing. As for the behind the scenes stuff how can we possibly advise on stuff we know nothing about. Pipe down and support the team.

i disagree

I do know that some fans cant afford such prices as are charged at oakwell.
I do know that it doesnt show a professional image when facilities are switched off for home games after they were paid to be installed.
I do know a poor kit design when i see one (if we hadnt complined would they have redesigned our home kit?)
I do know a poor website when i see one and i do know when a company is losing out on sales due to not having an online shop.

Buy hey, we're only customers so we should just shut up and hope for the best.
