The key word there is "minght" i wear one anyway when I'm out and about dont worry but for a virus we got told was touch spread and to sanitise our hands and use contact less payments instead of cash maybe we should all be wearing gloves aswell!
People would have mixed over Xmas anyway weather or not the goverment said they could. If the goverment issued a statement saying the only way to survive covid was to jump off a cliff would people do it? If I was so concerned I wouldn't have met family on Xmas day for dinner I knew the risks. The rules are stupid I can't go see my mates now but if they want some work doing I can go round and do it.
I see that Mr Johnson is still harping on about the new variant when in reality the current situation was caused by the tier system and the gobsmackingly stupid idea of putting London and the south east in tier 2. He really is the biggest liar we've ever had in the House of Commons.
Gloves don’t stop you from spreading it, the virus gets on the gloves instead and then moves onto the next thing you touch with gloves on the same as it would on your skin. The idea of wearing gloves is so that if you can’t get to a hand washing station then you can remove them and not have the virus on your hands anymore, it’s not that your hand absorbs the virus in through your skin and you have to protect them from it.
I saw the title of the thread about a Press Conference & presumed we were announcing a new signing , anybody shed any light please ? I"m confused
He's a Dutch lad, Co Vid. Has taken shirt number 19. I don't know why we've bought him - he wasn't even in the Eredivisie. In fact, he was playing in tier 3.
I still see people using petrol pumps without gloves, as they see provided at the pumps and always have done, it’s the easiest thing to do.
The rules are filled with hypocrisy it's ridiculous. For months like many, I was not allowed to go see my mum in her home due to the restrictions. I was however allowed to meet and see her on a live busy NHS ward at work. My mum who is a trained nurse was redeployed back onto the wards to help out during the summer. I had to attend the ward she worked on for some IT work and was allowed to see her there but not at home. Also, don't get me started on the other stuff too. No fans at games but yet shops etc. are open. Meadowhall saw its busiest day in 30 odd years on boxing day but no fans allowed in games. Also, not allowed to see your mates/family but you can go cram into a Primark store like a sardine to buy some cheap t shirts.
