    Perhaps so...

So what you are saying is that Blackpool can pay more and don't have to convince a player that it is worth their while being there, that the manager does not have to project his "plan" for the club and how that player fits in?

Shall we just close the fecker then, cos I am bored.

    When agents are involved

I suspect the things you mention are side issues, the pounds, shilling and pence per week is the deal clincher, partic when there's a 3rd party taking a cut.

    That's exactly what I've said. Obviously.</p>

There's a myriad of factors as to why a player signs for one club over another. But to focus on the points that &quot;it's just Blackpool&quot; and &quot;selling&quot; is futile.

But in the case of Adam...

what will make him sign for Blackpool over us?

    Better pay packet?
    Better agents cut?
    Position in team?
    Ambition from the club?

I'd still consider that we are a bigger club with more potential than Blackpool for one. Are we now saying that is not the case? Or is it just that Balckpool are prepared to "gamble" their entire budget on one player?

    I don't know.
