Not sure how they're going to enforce that, but there you go. If you agree to that, I'm sure the next step will be that you have to suck the prisoners **** and on and on it will go until you agree with him. Just humour humour the daft lovely person and say he's right, then maybe he'll go away.

It's like when people say who would commit the act of capital punishment and some people say they would do it themselves - I don't believe that if it really came down to it that 95% of those people could actually go through with it, but they say them would to an hypothetical question knowing that the situation would never arise and they would never be tested on it.

You can pay 30% of your taxes to keeping a prisoner locked up and he can pay 30% of his paying for the 20 years of death row and appeals plus an additional 25% of his wages to go into a government compensation pot that will be used to pay the millions in compensation to the families of wrongly murdered innocent people.
