    Somebody cleared a corner (Banks?) only for it to hit one of our players and go straight up in the air and drop for that dirty git on the penalty spot. He should have been sent off in the first minute for a 2-footed, studs-up assault on Ray McHale. Wasn't even booked.

    Not sure about the attendances. I remember a mid-week league game against the Wendys there were 29,000 though. I think we won 1-0, Banks.

    I was in the Ponty in the corner next to the West Stand, I don't remember it being particularly rammed. Probably more packed in the middle of the Ponty though. That was the game with the "No 10 Red Hot Currie" shirts....

    I was in the Ponty - very uncomfortable. My memories of that game is an Everton fan I knew at college being chased down Harbour Hills by a group of Barnsley fans- saw me shouted Hi Craig - sorry can't talk then carried on running away :)
