    about time we had a decent pub/club in the ground!

    be feckin freezing soon,
    **** in east stand,over priced lager,no where to sit,holding on to a bit o cold plastic trying to keep warm!

    The food was very good value.

    You're right.

    When my Nana died they did a lot down there to look after my Grandad and keep him fed properly. That's a proper pub that it.

    Lundhill Tavern was where I spent my formative years as a drinker! Remember police coming in one night looking for underage drinkers. Started questioning my group of friends. Vick the landlord then came across and told the police not to bother with me because I had been a regular for years - I was 17 at the time!

    My Dad was chef for a while there

    probably late 90's. Me and my mate used to go there a lot cos he lived near the farm at the hemingfield end of the hill.

    Quiz night was always fun !

    Was quite popular for a while. They used to stamp your hand on entering the premises so that you could go in the other side if need be.
