Reserve team coach from any League 1 or 2 side.

Given our current board structure in my opinion.

    Exactly...

We will wait for applicants rather than being pro-active and identifing a short list of candidates and going and getting them.

I think we'll struggle to attract anyone of note or experience. We would have had a much better chance had we said goodbye to Davey at the end of last season. Now, we've spent our wedge in the closed season, we're among the favourites to be relegated and we've had a **** start.

Not really an attractive option to many.

    What do we play?

No style, no pattern, no system.

Chop and change suit the opposition.

    Add to that

the several hundred thousand pounds it will cost to terminate Davey's contract. Course someone will say that it'll cost more if we get relegated cos its a certainty if we keep him, yada yarda.

After the Lincoln game the mood on here was positive, two games later and its suicidal. Is that the way to run a football club, swingometer style?

A balanced view. Stronger together. etc.

Paul Jewell all day long for me

Got the experience to sort the problem out short term that would keep us in the division (assuming Davey's sacking comes in ten games time), and then build us in to a mid-table Championship side.
