    20 years ago, Danny was appointed player manager. We had the players plus a couple of additions, to finish 6th in the division. We played entertaining football, had some excellent footballers like Owen Archdeacon. Happy days.

    Last time we went down to this league we finished something like 19th 12th then 13th looking very similar

    We weren't in this division 20 years ago. What I can tell you is that where we are now is a long long way ahead of the days we were bottom of the fourth division, losing to non-league teams in the Cup and looking like going out of business.

    If I didn't give up on em then I'm sure as hell not giving up at em now. And if I had given up on em then, look what I'd have missed out on.
