if im in a group of one how is balloting possible for me (was in a group of two other one now living in Australia)
I honestly think going to the game won’t be the experience we all remember whilst under these restrictions. Going to have less atmosphere than a reserve game and we don’t even have them anymore!
Usually with digital tickets there's an option to print a ticket at home which has a scannable barcode. From the turnstile operators end it's no different to holding your smartphone in front of them
Makes sense. Best to carry a paper ticket just incase phone plays up at the turnstile and you cannot get in.
If it’s anything like the England games pre covid then this isn’t the case. Was either smartphone or tough luck. Fortunately, you could have more than one ticket assigned to your smart phone so could hold the person in your group who doesn’t have a smartphone on your device. If you’re applying alone then it’s a tough one. I’m obviously not saying this is going to be the case at Barnsley, but through my experience previously, digital tickets meant just that. No print at home option.
