I really think they did. These owners remind me of the goose that laid the golden egg. They made a mistake of thinking Stendel could replicate his league 1stint in the championship with no defence or experience and have done the same after Val went, thinking anyone can come in and replicate his success without getting experience in midfield

It’s a good question but no employer is going to throw a senior employee under a bus and give you the answer that’s in your head and matches your own opinion.

Best man for the job, best candidate, exciting future in the game, respected by the players, huge potential, full confidence, etc.

Would be interesting to know who selects the Manager?
Is it just the CEO, the Board or a combination.

You’d say CEO based on positions held and previous answers. Conway appointing Schopp and Khaled appointing Poya

When owners of a football club are signing only young players and attempting to make profits on each player for financial gain what enjoyment can fans get from this? And why should they part with their hard earned money to fund a player trade for alleged billonaires?

At what point does someone post the ‘angry man yells at cloud’ meme?

When the ownership group took over they talked about a strategy to move all aspects of the club forwards, to improve and grow gradually. Accepting that he has been here for just a few months, can he comment on the areas where he believes progress is being made and the key ones he considers more difficult, what the issues / blockers are and what he is doing to resolve them?

And yes Loko - I've put it on the form.

Who made the decision to allow Herbie Kane to stay at Oxford United for the rest of the season? And what was the rationale?

I’d have guessed at that TBH, but not certain.
I’m not convinced it’s worthy of a question on night as I think there’s bigger things to discuss, more just intrigued.

I'm sure it's been mentioned before they've had a panel of board/staff making the decision. (might have been prior to Poya)

CEO leads the process though. He told everyone that at the Q&A night pretty much

In each of the two summers that Conway has acted as CEO, we’ve lost a player that we deemed important enough to offer a substantial contract to (Pinnock and Mowatt), and on each occasion he’s felt that they can be replaced with a novice.

I don’t know what his business nous is in general, but when it comes to football, he doesn’t seem to be so bright to me.

Well I think it's more to do with not having our act together with the EFL before the fixtures are fixed .

And do they know the difference between a bread bun, a bread cake and a teacake?

I can personally vouch, it's very nice. Gentleman's Walk has been finished to a high standard as has the new Westlegate area, very boutique. There is however controversy with the proposals to pedestrianise St Stephen's which has benefits to the modern shopper however has serious traffic implications.

    Khaled, your thoughts?

What does he think about long standing fans that have had so much apathy instilled into them that they can barely be bothered to ask a question let alone fill in a form?
