Thing with that whole Twitter debate, is that hardly one of their fans is interested in the cost of tickets (which has actually affects them more than us over the season). They're all instantly obsessed with talking about crowds, selling out etc. Absolutely deluded.
Wont go again until Swine Vesicular disease is well and truly eradicated. Watch out for blistered snout, lips and tongues at The Sty.

I think the mistake you made was saying we would have sold out. We probably would have if only given the upper tier and would definitely have sold at least twice as many. However it isn't something most of them have seen us do. There are reasons why we haven't sold out there for a long time, 5 years of this sort of pricing being a very good one. Most of them don't seem to realise this has even been an issue before though. We also had bigger allocations before the rip off prices (both tiers) when we didn't quite sell out. There won't be many that were around when we packed the end out (often even the NW corner) in the 1980s and 1990s. They just remember the recent times when we haven't even filled the upper tier and are oblivious to the reason for it i.e. a partial boycott.
