'Calling someone out' hasn't worked - We've been 'Kicking Racism Out of Football' for over 25 years and we've failed. We've raise the issue of racist chanting at Oakwell for decades - it still goes on. Few people will have even thought about the colour of the England players who took penalties and if they had come across a message about that they would probably have disregarded it. But what has happened is it has made the National news and there will be those who see it on the news and think there's could be some truth in it. The racists will love this condemnation, they love being called out because in a perverse way this helps them spread their racist messages. We're playing into their hands - we're doing their dirty racist work for them. (You're analogy re sexual harassment is not relevant.)
