I agree that AR and RH have done a very tidy job and the football side of things and that the off field performance has improved through GS which has allowed investment in the team.

I think Andy is a good bloke and commend his loyalty to his players and hope his judgement is correct in putting so much faith in them. I think he is right in doing so but I also think that from the statements I have read from GS and AR that there is some money available to strengthen if needed

Ritchie's faith in his players is exemplary. I said last season and repeat it again this - I hope they repay that faith ( looking like it at the mo). And I'm sure the board are keeping their cards close to their chests with regard to money available for team strengthening, and that's surely the right thing to do. </p>

IF Ritchie and/or Holden have expressed disquiet at their contract situations, then I hope that it gets resolved sooner than later, but again, things seem to get done these days with a minimum of fuss, other than signing Colin Healy....  So I just hope that continues and we get the management team secured for the long term.</p>
