That’ confidence for you - that’s what we want and what he was signed for.

The moment he changes his mind from auto-pilot, is when another mistake can happen.

We need resilience from players to do what they do regardless of what happened earlier.

    There's resilience and theres stupidity.

One slip on our well watered pitch and it was curtains.

The team played well , so hard to criticise.
If we had lost with that only goal this board would have really lynched him.
It is all fans different opinions but,
He does NOT command his area
He Cannot use his height and come out to claim the ball, that is when he decides to come out.
His Kicking a long ball is limited, I wonder if he carries a hip problem.
His suicidal tap and roll outs are sometimes very iffy.
He does not visually pick up when to long ball up field for us when we could be in a good position to catch them on break.
Sometimes the ball could also drop for us and Woodrow or Chaplin get round defenders and score
Just my opinion but Woods is a far better goalkeeper and the lad was dropped for ONE mistake
Will Struber drop him, NO big buddy

You sort of disqualify yourself when you have no idea what the replacement keeper is called

You are too inconsistent in your use of capitals to be taken seriously

Good management not blaming individual players and inviting blame onto himself.

He's been very impressive so far. We shouldn't have lost to Middlesbrough or Cardiff. And since then we've picked up a decent points tally. I do not like this board at all but maybe they got us a good un this time?

I think so, he's been excellent & has really lifted the players. His system means a few players are surplus to requirements & for me we still need 2-3 in, if we are going to maintain our push.

Completely agree. This plus not losing any of our starters from yesterday and I would feel quite optimistic

I think his appointment has won many of us back over with regards the board. Backing him now in January is the second half of that job. Less spreadsheet & more strengthening us as a team, without going "crazy" & there could be a real turnaround. I'm holding my breath & hoping it will happen, I understand the scepticism of others though.

    Christmas festivities,
    Apologise to Collins.
I will sit back and wait for some of you on here
We won yesterday but he could have cost us
His good save with feet has been done many times by Collins
He will drop more clangers at this level then his supporters will turn
All the best lads for New Year and hope we can turn it round in next few weeks

A good friend of mine who supports Leicester City reckons a good loan for us until the end of
the season would be Wes Morgan. He's 35 years old and currently can't get into the first team
at Leicester, but his experience would be invaluable in mentoring our young lads at the back.

If I was picking the team I'd go Collins. I'm not & I have to say Struber is doing a great job, so if he keeps with Radlinger, fair play. He did make an incredible save many keepers would not have been in a position to make vs West Brom, as he was quick off the line. It is to some extent swings & roundabouts. We've traditionally had great shot stopping keepers who are not great with crosses. A sweeper keeper is a new one to us though. He might be the next Bruce Grobbelaar. A keeper who fecked up occasionally, but was first choice for one of the best teams ever at domestic level.
