We were away to the best team in the league. To be 2 up in the first place was amazing. We'll play far worse teams this season

That's purely speculation and opinion. Maybe if we had played this way we wouldn't have beaten Fulham, we could have lost to Wigan and Charlton. We will never know.
My view is the formation is helping a little, also the change in approach means we aren't currently as predictable. That of course will change in time.
Having Dougall back has made a huge difference and we looked awful after he came off last night. If Woodrow were to suffer a long term injury or not be replaced when we sell him in January then its game over.

I can't disagree with you. Last night we did not appear to have the quality on the bench to help out the 1st 11. However, 2 draws against teams challenging at the top of the league must give us more confidence to go on and end this winless sequence. We must, however, avoid injuries to our key players, and avoid suspensions (8 booking according to the BBC will accelerate that possibility).

After last night, I think that we may just have enough to stay up. There is a long way to go but, after the last 2 games there is at least a chance of avoiding our shortest ever stay in the second tier.
