    I have heard good things about the Little Boat Chippy on Warren Quarry Lane.

    Then again I have heard some bad things about the owner, seems he is a proper arsey bugger !!!:rolleyes:

    Was in wetherby on Sunday, felt flush, so treated misen and wife to a "full wombwell breakfast with all the trimmings", fish chips,peas and can of fizzy. Of course had to be from the wetherby whaler. 10/10

    Kev, I sell more curry sauce than mushy peas !!!!
    Myself, I like curry on my fish too.
    I do find it strange to have gravy on fish, weird !!!
    Chips cheese and gravy sounds disgusting.. but I might put it on the menu board if there is enough call for it, apparently it is an Oxford thing !!!!!

    You cant beat Fish,Chips,Peas and Curry sauce, and 2 Tcakes buttered mmmmmmmmmmmmm. Just wish i could nip out and get some for tea.

    If you have a decent Indian take out that does Kebabs., Donner meat,chips and Mushroom curry is fantastic.mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

    It was originally a French-Canadian thing, called Poutine, they use cheese curds though whereas it's grated cheddar over here.
