Yes - that’s what affected Aquaforce isn’t it when they went up?

The German game in terms of club management is very different to ours.

The German system is probably better and with more fan involvement.

Over here, the RedBull way wouldn’t change much. It’s the name bit that might. But having said that, they might not need to change the club name anyway. The media frenzy behind it would do all the work for them.

We are a franchise already - part of the (ex) Nice, Oostende, Barnsley and whoever else group of teams.

    Absolutely not.

It's bad enough being part of the Franchise we are currently part of.

I don't see a long term solution though, so I'll have to sit and suffer it I suppose.

Pretty sure they're not allowed to have a sponsor as the name of the club in England.

Wasn't that the problem Shaw Lane Aquaforce ran into?

It'd still be Oakwell to me.

People can give it any name they like, to me it would still be Oakwell.
I have a mate whose name is Rick but everyone calls him Bob, but his name is still Rick.

Suppose they might get away with putting Toby back as the club crest and renaming us Barnsley Red Bulldogs
