    Thought that was the whole point of head coach that not all of the coaching staff are moved on when the head coach leaves.

    I’d expect Dale and Adam to go back into the roles they came from - hopefully. Leaving gaps for new men in the first team set up. Certainly Murray - as it sounds like he was the only chap to step up., which deserves praise. I don’t think Murray has done much wrong considering the hand he was dealt.

    Having said that, If the club believe the players are good enough, then perhaps they think the coaches should be doing better too. And that part of the reason for the perceived lack of development is down to said coaches, and not so much the players etc. It’s a funny take, but if the spreadsheet says it should be working and it ain’t, then they consider all options.
