We can’t keep going into games with so little threat up front though, we need to be able to take any early chances that come our way.

Our B team are currently beating Derby 2-1. Who do we play next? Oh yeah, that other ‘bogey’ team of ours. I’ve had enough of this season already haha

Seem to recall from premier League game that less than 8 means abandonment

The other posters would have point if the striker was going for the ball, but he wasn't. He cuts across Helik and tries to hand him off/block him off. That's the foul in my book.

Actually our home record against Coventry isn't bad, it's our away form is terrible as we haven't won 'away' at Coventry since 1921. So if we don't beat them away this season then it'll be 100 years

He definitely engineers that "foul". Normally when running, alternate arms go backwards and forwards but as he gets in front of Helik he puts both arms behind himself so as to obstruct him and make sure there was a collision. I think even Joao may have been surprised by the red. The sad thing today is that players are revered for engineering fouls.

Thing is all teams do it, except us. I don't think João is a good footballer but he is effective. Took the pressure off his defence a number of times. We are desperate for someone like that, strong, holds the ball up, brings others into play etc
