I kept telling people there never was a long term plan but they kept deluding themselves and claiming to se evidence of something that wasn't there.

Aye it seems we are now happy to remain a League 1 club or below indefinitely and have learned nothing over the last 10 years. It was reasonable to assume that those in charge of the club had eventually learned that doing the same thing over and over again has been a pointless failure but we were wrong.

Everyone has the right to an opinion and that is all it is.

I don't expect people to agree with me and whether people keep away from Oakwell is purely their decision, not mine.

Many people have a Love and Passion for the club and always will have. Its in the blood but reading comments on here after Wilson's demise it seems to me that certain people are ready for throwing the towel in.

I won't dictate whether people should keep away, because that is their choice not mine.

We were gradually getting worse under Wilson. Had to stop the rot.

Why is it the only way , nearly every other club in the football league changes managers every couple of years.

Its only because it was Wilson that there's this foot stamping and moaning. If you wanted to keep watching that dross every week then thats your perogative but for me Wilson wasn't the answer , no emotion involved for me , get shut and move on to the next guy.

We're as close to the top six as we are the bottom four and up to Tuesday (which was unacceptable) we'd just won our last four home games. Had Winnall been fit and had some of our players bothered to break sweat then we wouldn't be talking about this. Danny wasn't sacked for football reasons in my opinion and I reckon the truth will come out.

Thing is there is short term plan and a long term plan. The short term plan is to get back into the championship as soon as possible. This plan is supported by the amount of money available to achieve this. If you pump money in you would expect to accelerate that process. People think he should have been afforded time to achieve this, "as soon as possible" is the giveaway that he was never afforded time for the first part.
Upon success of the short term plan younger players can then be fed through the system, which I would say is long term.

If you have less money and less fans than the teams above you unless you look to do summat differently they will always finish above you it's not hard to work that out. Going forward on that basis it's self defeating you need to do something different to gain a competitive advantage otherwise the top 10 of league one is all you can hope for so enjoy that.

"Get shut and move on to the next guy". Both everything that's wrong with modern football and what we've been doing for 15 years and has been a resounding failure on each and every level. Still people are daft enough to think what failed the last 11 tines is somehow going to work this time.

Again nowt to do with Wilson for the majority of folks. We weren't overburdened with choice when we were looking last time he looked the best of an average bunch.
