Your answer to No 1 .. was I think, Bradley's Records. I bought a lot of stuff from there. The one upstairs in the market was, I think, Amazing Records, but it was a second hand record shop. Going back further, don't forget Neal's Music down the Arcade, still going strong in the 80s I believe, and of course Isherwoods, above what is now The Bright House or something up Market Street. What a fabulous place that was in the 60s. Six private listening booths, all full of teenagers and thick with f a g smoke and biro grafitti.
Re: Your answer to No 1 there was one where co-op bank is now bottom of grahams orchard sold mainly ex juke box and chart ones as i recall. can't remember what it was called though.
