Well... i wrote this whilst 'sitting at my keyboard' taking a couple of minutes breather from my job within a secure mental hospital, and further from within the intensive care unit where the patients sadly are a significant risk to self or others. Therefore myself and my colleagues face violence and assault pretty much every working day. 2 of my colleagues are currently on long term sick as a consequence of assaults and many over the years have had to leave this service because of injury. What exactly do you do when your not sitting on your arse at the keyboard?

it is a pre-requisite of this job that one remains 'level headed' in the heat of the 'fight', despite the situation. It's very easy to send a condescending message whilst sitting on your arse.

    He was fouled twice

after winning the ball in our box, after the second the ball ran away from him and he dived in with his studs up. Why the ref decided to play an "advantage" when he was on the edge of our box with almost the entire Fulham team between him and their goal is beyond me. If he'd blown the whistle, it wouldn't have happened.
