    No, because it turns out that Mark Stokes did not even go to the academy game. He went to Southampton to watch the first team.

    Blatant misrepresentation

    Not for the first time you have taken one of Red Rain's comments completely out of context.</p>

    He clearly talks about results in the context of producing first team players, yet you choose to interpret this as a comment relating to results of individual matches.</p>

    Mistake, or deliberate journalist's trick?</p>

    Oh, and you must be the world's worst marketing man. I for one will never buy your publications on the bacck of your comments on here.

    Perhaps you will forgive me for being a little dubious on this matter. At no time during this thread have you said that you were not an eye witness, particularly to the incident involving the lad that I misnamed Eddie Haigh. Yet you have written about the incident as though you were there. I got the lads name wrong because it was wrong on the teamsheet which I paid 20p for. My suspicions are that, in fact, you did not have a reporter present at the game, but that your report was written by Ronnie Branson. Just to tidy the matter up, do you appreciate that printing something purported to be penned by an independent journalist, which is actually penned by one of the subjects of the report and then asking the public to pay for said article is fraudulent mis-representation.
