    I wouldn't consider myself a keyboard warrior.... hicksy.....just giving my opinion and relating what I witnessed ....maybe her attitude is acceptable in most quarters but has a 60 year-old potential customer it's certainly not my idea of customer care and is so off putting rather than welcoming .... we all know there's a right way and a wrong way when it comes down to speaking to folk

    She was only rude to me once. I've never tried to get in since. I have more respect for myself than to put up with things like that.
