Was that because of his agility or because he gave defense kittens

He was the one whose name I just couldn't remember so I surrendered to age and put Sir Bobby instead.

I'd like to mention David Watson's very unfortunate early retirement through injury. It's great he has such an active career coaching, particularly for England for who was destined to be capped! Absolute hero in the the 96/97 promotion season. Be great to have him guest on a commentary one day. Smashing lad n'all.

Just checked on wikipedia, he scored a goal for Hartlepool in the 94th minute of a game
Have we ever had a goalkeeper score for us? I can't remember but i'm a bit young compared to the masses on here

    1 Muller (the best)
    2 Baker (my favourite)
3 Watson (if only he hadn't got injured)
    4 Steele (best debut)
5 Beresford (if only the club had taken a gamble on his back)
6 Flinders (where did it all go wrong)
7 Rhodes (if only we hadn't sacked him, we'd have had an £8m striker to let go for a pittance)
8 Horn (easy to be good with Macca and Evans in front of him)
    9 Pierce (Shirley)
10 Butler (show us yer ar5e)

I haven't seen tons of keepers since I started watching them in the premier league.

Dave Watson was my best and will always remember his man of the match performance at arsenal, even though we lost 5-0.

Kevin miller was also a top stopper along with Luke Steele in goal now
