Their fans scrappin amongst themselves for last 10 minutes. Jalo definitely MOM, but I think Robbo has been immense again.
Brilliant win that. Derby/Wendy-esque. All that was missing was a decent crowd. Early days, but a good start to the CH revolution. He's off the mark at last
Apart from conceding a goal where the opposition barely had to work for it that was a near flawless performance. If they can build on that then there has been real progress. Well done every player on the pitch.
Great result from a very good performance especially against a team challenging for the play offs. Been glimpses of improvement in the last few matches but happy for Conor and the players that they've managed to pull it all together. Onwards...
Didn't go today nothing to play for was the reason but 1st half performance was as good as I've seen since Duff. Looking forward to watching jalo and Bland come on next season.
Excellent that. Brilliant performance from everyone out there. Delighted for Conor too. He's clearly doing a lot of positive things behind the scenes.
Great performance with the players showing what they are capable of. Makes the last couple of months even more frustrating but I reckon todays effort will get Conor the job.
True could of been offside aswell but connell was out of position and defence didn't cover themselves in glory but overall a good performance. Orient will be a tough game Friday.
...and another thing. I hope that performance will prove to some that Jalo is a decent prospect and they give him the time to develop. He'll be inconsistent for a while but he's got the ingredients to be a big player for us even at this tender age.
He's had 3 league starts including today and now 2 goals and 2 assists. Some of the critism as been embarrassing on here.
He's clearly raising the standards in all aspects of managing the players. From the discipline to the way we play It will take time clearly but as fans we need to be patient and supportive as he starts to rebuild.
Not sure anyone has mentioned Phillips and his contributions to goals 2 and 4. The first was a superb curling cross onto the boot of Earl who expertly found Jalo in the six yard box for a terrific goal. Then he brilliantly brought down a high ball that was going away towards the corner flag and made a very tight turn on the bye line to take out the defender. His cross, from a difficult angle, was perfection and big Jon rose like a salmon to head home. Amongst a sea of brilliant performances today Adam Phillips deserves a lot of credit just for those two bits of play.
Their goalie handled outside of the box, so the Ref stopped play, and then gave the ball back to him.
Been at Sundown Adventure Park today so missed it. Looks like I'll have to skip watching the remaining games...
Where has that performance been hiding all season? Most biased referee of the sesson? Outstanding piece of skill and cross for the 4th goal from Phillips.
