Remember the good old days

It wasn't, believe me. If the football under Wilson Mk.1 was Brazil-like, the teams that took us out of Div 4 and then again out of Div 3 were like the Germany that spanked the Brazzers in the semi. Sweeping, open, football, with just one thing in mind. The experience of the whole ground taking a sharp intake of breath as King Ronnie picked the ball up in his own half and galloped forward is something I've never experienced with any side or player since.
