I see Swansea have managed to look after their overseas/exiled fans.

I'm sure there are probably good reasons for the clubs stance but the other teams involved in the play off finals have found solutions to the same problems.

If it's the cost of having someone answering the phones then surely people would gladly pay a booking fee to cover this?

If it's the security of sending the tickets out then maybe we could do what Swansea are doing and allow some fans to pick up their tickets on the day. Or send out tickets Royal Mail Gauranteed Delivery - again at the supporters cost.

The club really has made good progress this season on and off the pitch and then just every now again it appears they decide to throw it all in the bin & adopt the old "jobsworth" mentality.

I for one would rather pay £3-50 for special delivery than £25 petrol money. Not to mention the 6 hour Q. Its not going to be sunny this time

    Thanks Mr Rowing

I'll send my 84 year old grandfather down to queue for 4 hours to get me a ticket. Wilf is my only local connection.

BFC have no commercial sense at all.

If it's the cost of manning telephones - hire temps?

In fact, I'm sure some folk would volunteer to work for the club all day for a free gratis ticket, in fact I expect some would work for nothing just to help out.
