I think we've got to separate the Player from the Head Coach. Obviously he was brilliant for us, and admittedly he's speaking very well. But he also spoke well last summer when he supposedly was aiming to play for us

It's a clean slate for me - I'll judge him on the results or performances

What I will say though, is that yet again were in a complete mess. Its ridiculous how we keep shooting ourselves in the cck.

Clarke was like 5th choice, everyone else turned us down! That's how he got the gig, they went down a list and eventually got to him.

Who knows, I don't but I'm optimistic. Not optimistic enough to suggest getting in the playoffs mind.

My ability to predict the future is a curse.

It never seems to work for the lottery numbers.

You probably thought that was the worst case scenario, lol, but the reality to date is actually worse than that. They gave up with plenty still to play for, and the gap above not really getting much bigger - Blackpool currently showing a late run is a possibility.

After we beat Lincoln we still had 36 points still to play for. Just 2 wins would have kept us in the frame for a late push, but these lads rolled over at Charlton and have been pretty passive since then.

Watching this lot going through the motions with still 6 games to play is as bad as it gets for the paying fan. Some of our supposed better/experienced players (and captain) not leading by example or not even regularly starting games isn’t going to help the young lads. It’s just contributing to problems.
