    To be honest Iv'e never seen Dave Hancock or Mike Tarmey coach and I'm not going to have a go at them for not having been Pro-players.Some of the worst coaches I have seen have been guys with England caps.

    I know from experience how hard it can be to coach a large squad of players.I have coached over 50 players at a time when I coached at Sheffield University. I don't think we have enough coaches working on a day to day basis in the Academy.
