Right back/centre half & Yiadom exit

I can't go along with this 'greedy' line. To me greedy was like when McPhail left us for an extra grand a week at Cardiff, these lads are leaving for 3 or 4 times what they're earning at Barnsley. If rumours are to be believed, Hourihane's getting 6 times as much at Villa & Roberts & Bree around 10 times as much.

That's not greed, that's just common sense in a short career. That one move makes them for life.

I don't see anyone can criticise them for it unless the player leaves on bad terms & is disrespectful on the way out like Winnall.

 

Bit daft to call him greedy for wanting a move to a Premier League club.

Yes it might be about ambition (and a lack of ambition on our part as well), why so many players are leaving these days. But lets not kid ourselves here eh, money is also a massive reason and obviously thats why I use the word greed.

 

If he'd been linked with a move to a team like Burton, for more money, then yes I'd agree, but he's stepping up a division. Inevitable he's going to get more money, and he'd be stupid if he didn't ask for it.

 

Ohh well, he wants out and thats all that matters to me now. I hope we don't let this drag on for much longer and I reckon we will be tempted if anybody offers about £2.75 mill this week.

 

Regarding Left Back. Can't Pinnock also play there?

 

I would imagine he could do as he is left footed, but he could look really outta his depth there as Nyatanga did when he played left back the odd times.
