    There’s never really a passable excuse for getting booked for dissent, it’s pointless arguing with a ref and only ever ends one way.

    But when you’re on the knife edge of a two match ban it’s pretty poor it has to be said.

    Though on his last two performances I’d say Grant coming in for Kane wouldn’t be that huge a problem.
