Well said that man My belief is that with the current squad he should drop a winger (Devaney), and add another midfielder to support Togwell in defensive midfield responsibilities. Defending is a team responsibility and not just that of defenders. We tend to have both wingers and Howard that far up field when we are attacking that when it eventually breaks down we are caught napping. When defending play 4 5 1 and when attacking 4 3 3 would be my initial approach.
Nads up front on his own!!!??? That requires a holding player to allow other players from midfield to join our attacks. The last time that I looked Nads was not a holding player. He suits a two striker system where he can roam about and finish chances. Coaching badges or not pal you ain't got a clue. You criticise AR for selecting a system first and then coaching the players (which from your regular visits to the training ground you also criticise) and then you pick a system, play people out of position. Look at your own suggestions before you reply to posts too hastily, you are in danger of looking stupid. Also, the poster asked for your suggestions of an alternative manager - did you forget to answer or is your lack of an answer your answer?
With out resorting to personal abuse. I have said this now at least 3 times and that is why I didn't name anyone. Read very, very slowly so it may sink in. The next manager of BFC will be the best candidate from the 50 or so people who will apply for the post. I have no candidate in mind. There must be open competition for the job if and when it becomes vacant. As for your comment re the 4-3-3 you will find that the Dutch 4-3-3 as originally played by Ajax and the Dutch National XI is not played with a holding player, unless of course you think Van Nistelroy is a holding player.
