Ritchie on't Radio talking about excessive wage demands

I would like a squad of 35 players like Chelsea,

however I choose to live in the real world.</p>

The squad isnt the strongest but if we dont get too many injuries and/or suspensions then I dont see us having any problems.</p>

 You say we are 2/3 players short, I agree our fullbacks arent up to much and in an ideal world the ones we have strating would be the subs. </p>

Also central midfield looks a bit light in numbers. However who do you think we could sign who would be happy to sit on the bench.</p>
