I think I am a concerned fan just the same as everybody else on here and I thought I had made my opinion quite clear and have not hidden behind any majorities or minorities or anything. Oh! My spelling or inability to spell(Dyslexia diagnosed to late to make a lot of difference) neither adds to nor detracts from any of the points I have made but the fact that you take time to point it out does detract from any point you were trying to add to the argument!

If the club is so skint they couldn't afford me anyway. I have stated before on here that the modern game needs specialist coaches. John Lukic is the only one who is doing any coaching at the well, he is doing some excellent work with the keepers. That I have stated previously. What I am getting really pissed off about is the lack of coaching from the people who should be working their nuts off to get things right on match days. I have posted what I have observed when I have been down to watch training and if you are happy with whats going on down there then fine. But please don't come on here and have a dig at my posts which come from a back ground of having played the game for at least 45 years with 11 years coaching experience, unless you can offer something a little better than your crass comment. This club is in deep trouble and is like the Titanic heading for the iceburg and the happy clappy pro AR brigade are happy the watch the Captain of the ship continue on the course we are on. We need somone to take the helm and steer us away from it.The life boats are filling up already and loyal fans are jumping ship. I went down to watch training today and I will post my observations later this evening. I suggest you go to this site and have a look at the type of work AR should be doing with the squad, www.worldclasscoaching.com , compare and contrast, and then say he is or isn't doing a good job.
