The club should not be alienating itself from it's customers and there aren't a lot of us to piss off. The club needs more customers not less. You wouldn't see Tesco's telling customers to piss off and go to Morrisons for parking in a Parent and Child bay. It really is as petty as that. What he did to Neutrino was a disgrace. In all honesty this board had been pretty Rob Knowles free over the last few months until now after writing again about it in the programme.</p> Maybe Mr Knowles enjoys being in the lime light on the bbs?</p>

It's a shame that it doesn't say on it that the website was set up by rob knowles would make him look like a real idiot then
inundate the club with your feelings tell them what you think to their head of media and public relations officer. If he is confident that he has done his job to the best of his abilities then he will have no cause for complaint when people give an honest opinion and of course if shepherd is happy with his employees performance then neither will he. we are customers of barnsley fc, lets not let them forget this

I don't doubt that he has a right to reply to criticsm...but he should do it on here as an individual contributor just like I would if someone slagged me off, rather than using teh clubs official publications to continue his vendetta against the BBS and it's contributors
