    ya see, that would be a good point. however

    I could have sworn that I was reading his comment in a Barnsley FC official matchday programme which is nothing at all to do with the internet and even less to do with one of many unofficial barnsley message boards so why is there a need to single out one particular section of fans in a completly unrelated publication?

    an abuse of power in my opinion

    It is very easy to hide behind some pseudonym

    as virtually everyone does on this board, and aim insults at Dickie Bird, Gordon Shepherd, Rob Knowles etc. but for God's sake don't compound your stupidity when someone (viz. Rob) takes a swipe back. You are the only ones who know who it's aimed at; the majority who read the programmme haven't a clue. Is this the start of a persecution complex by those who continually mock Rob Knowles's? Looks like it to me.
