Can't argue with that. If he does leave I'll be less disappointed because I'm expecting it. Absolutely delighted if he does stay however. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hope our lot due their due diligence checks if that proves to be the case. Good article in yesterday's Sunday People by Dave Bassett. Said that the reason that Forest, Birmingham and Blackburn are all in the S h 1 t is because of " foreign" owners who do not understand the English game and have taken on board the wrong advice from people equally in the dark as them , have not invested properly and all have undergone a churn in Managers.
I don't think there will be too much interest in Davies, and while I like MacDonald, he struggles when he doesn't have Roberts alongside him. Roberts and Yiadom are most likely to be sold Like you say, I think there'll be zero interest in mowatt and Moncur.
True but there are more foreign owners cocking up clubs by ignorance than the one set of English owners deliberately running a club into the ground
I agree with you. We don't yet know the final teams in the League for next term cos there's still play off and relegation issues to be settled. Norwich, Derby, Brentford, PNE, Ipswich, Bristol City, Burton, Bolton, Huddersfield and Barnsley are British owned. The foreign owned clubs are Cardiff, Villa, Wolves, QPR, Birmingham, Forest, Blunts, Sunderland and Leeds. Of those in the play offs Huddersfield is British owned whilst Fulham, Wendies and Reading are foreign owned. Those still in the relegation frame are Middlesbrough ( British owned) whilst Hull and Watford have foreign owners and Swansea and Palace are part British/ part foreign owned. Out of that lot I would say Leeds have the worst management record and Villa, Forest, Birmingham ( Midlands based) and Blackburn seem to come in for a lot of criticism. As far as disgruntled fans go from what I could see Bristol City must be the front runner due to the antics of the large dwarf who used to manage us.
