You can't possibly say that, some of them aren't very good at all. Just because it's SAmerica doesn't mean they are all great teams. Some of them are ordinary just like in Europe.

Yes I can! I do have an opinion you know!

Anyway, Paraguay - who finished last in the S American WC qualifying are ranked 55th in the world. Just 1 behind Montenegro who finished 3rd in Englands group. Paraguay have qualified for the WC finals 8 times, how many have Montenegro qualified for?

Of course the standard of National teams is better in S America!

Why? So you can tell us all how you knew England would fail?

No one is expecting to do well. But people who watch football can see we have some decent attacking players for a change.

Yes, I know there isn't, but they will under-perform, happens all the time, that's why there's not a wealth of talent in England. Which is the issue abyway isn't it?

Also, not good response (as below). I am allowed an opinion - am I not? I choose not to watch the PL due to the prima donna's influxing the game from abroad, this is killing the English game and the lower league pyramid.

Bit harsh. Montenegro haven't been a football nation for reight long.

    Hart
    Johnson Cahill Jagielka Baines
    Gerrard Henderson
    Sterling Rooney Welbeck
    Sturridge

    That's the team Roy'll pick.

How many have Montenegro been able to qualify for? 2. Only 3 while joined with Serbia. Paraguay is 10 times bigger than them too. Right comparison that is. And you are entitled to your opinion, of course you are, but that's all it is, and it's wrong. Hungary used to qualify all the time too, **** now though. Only 16 teams in SAM so surely it's only fair to compare them to the top 16 in Europe? Who are the 16th European team in the world rankings?

Used the wrong European team to compare with, yes you're right, but no need to get all arsey about it.

Anyhow, it all boils down to the fact that you think Uruguay are sh*t and I think that they aren't. I think England will struggle against them, that is my opinion and I am entitled to it. End of story.

Someone gets arsey and accuses others of getting arsey, happens all the time.

I don't think Uruguay are *****, just that their defence isn't 'solid' as you tried, but failed, to show.

What will that prove in your mind? You'd get better odds than evens at the bookies.

I take it that's a no then? If the odds are in your favour why don't you take my money off me then?

They're not in my favour. I'd probably get better odds from the bookies for my money too. It's getting a bit tedious this now, I'll say no more. Still think I'm right on this though, they can't be described as solid. That is all.

Don't think Welbeck will start as many suggest, even though Woy likes him. He's not been starting frequently enough for United and they're **** anyway.

    Hart
    Johnson Jagielka Cahill Baines
    Gerrard Henderson
    Sterling Rooney Lallana
    Sturridge

Easily changes into a 4-4-2. I think it's got to be either Rooney or Barkley. The team lacks experience so I can't see Sterling, Barkley and Lallana all starting.

That's the team I'd pick. And like you, it'd be Barkley for Rooney dependent on circumstance.
