I won’t be claiming a refund, paid £10 knowing the EFL had dicked us bit don’t see why I should take money out of the club coffers.
I won’t be taking a refund. I knew what I signed up for and it isn’t the clubs fault. Anyone who’s thinking of donating it to charity - don’t. Leave it in the club, class that as your charity. They need our help as much as anyone currently. It’s a great gesture though.
I said at the time that I would claim the refund and donate it to charity so that's what I'll do. There are other places than the football club in far worse circumstances. I appreciate the club's a response though.
I think I am just going to thank the club for making the offer but not actually be claiming back the £10.[/QUOTE] That's what I've done - sent a reply to "Memberships" saying to keep the £10 as a small contribution during lock-down - got a nice e-mail back from Beth Sefton thanking me: very nice of her.
I haven't asked for a refund either. It was never about the tenner it was about being able to watch a midweek game that was being called a weekend game. Be nice if they use some of the tenners saved on buying some paint. On iFollow the east stand looks worn out with the white walls and yellow floor markings needing a lick of paint. It's going to look worse on BBC in HD for Chelsea.
