    Why not get shut of both?

    It is not beyond the wit of man (or DW in this case) to sell two under performing midfielders and then buy one better replacement.

    Surely that is what football management is all about?

    If Wilson wants rid of both these players, and I'm not saying he doesn't as I'm not privy to his private thoughts, then why did he start them both on Boxing Day?

    Lack of effort , really!!!

    Unlike last season teams are coming to Oakwell and are pressing us and giving us little time on the ball, Perkins is one of those suffering from this, even Paddy, with his quick feet gets caught in possession, Perkins when played with Dawson in centre midfield was expected to be more of a playmaker especially when you added Fox/Etuhu into the equation and Mellis stuck out on the wing as well and this aint Perkins bag for me.

    I agree this aint been his season, but like Jim O`Brien being asked to play at right side of defence, we were fitting square pegs into round holes and not doing the players any favours early season.

    It would be nice to see some stats of putting tackles in and winning the ball back and losing possession. To say the lad doesn`t tackle is just darn right daft.
