    I know transfermarkt can be off sometimes but it has his transfer value as 2 million euros.

    Of course I’ll wait to see what he’s like, if he does indeed sign for us, but on the surface seems like an athletic/physical unit which is something we certainly need.

    Like the look of this Pines lad. Should add some physicality to the back 3 which we have been severely lacking.

    My only slight concern is that the MLS season ended a while ago so he's not played for some time so will he be match fit and ready to go? That's the only slight worry as we need someone ready to play asap.

    Just been reading up about Donovan Pines. A slightly left field signing, but seems to tick all the boxes. Right age, right physical stature. Plenty of games under his belt, his club are desperate to keep him, and he's a full international for a country who are very far from shoddy these days. I'm not entirely sure what else we'd be expecting in January when trying to escape the 3rd division.

    I agree. A signing from DC United is different to one from Tampa Bay Rowdies. I hope he does really well for us.
