What we should all do Phone up a lass's Grandad and tell him we've ****** her. On a swing.
Then explain it in court as a 'joke'.

RE: What we should all do All my grandparents are dead, otherwise you could've gladly called 'em about my sister (or me for that matter).
RE: What we should all do Mine too. But if they'd been the subject of nuisance/abusive calls I'd have gladly twatted the culprit(s).
The other thing is that it's just not funny. Except to pre-pubescent boys. Strange that I'm not amused by it really.

Brands radio show is the best thing on the BBC I think it's ***** they've been taken off. It's only kicked off since The Daily Heil got hold of it-tossers.
RE: What we should all do Would it get to court? What's this lass going to say when she contacts the police: "I fecked Russell Brand on a swing and he told my granddad on me"?
RE: I just can't believe its the main news story when 160 people have died in an earthquake nt Gordon Brown had to leave a meeting with Nicholas Sarkozy about the current economic crisis so he could join in with this.
I think it's a massive overreaction They are two comedians (admittedly not the best in the world) that a COMEDY actor agreed to take part in an interview with. Now I've never met Russell Brand but I know that his 'humour' is pretty much all based on sex and being lewd. It's all i've ever seen him do, Ross is pretty much the same, they both have a reputation for it and Andrew Sachs chose to do a radio interview with the pair. He obviously knew that it wasn't going to be a Parky style interview or an interview about the current economic climate. On the day of the interview, with this man that was obviously up for a laugh (as he had agreed to doing an interview with two lewd interviewers) they were unable to contact him or he pulled out for some reason so they chose to leave messages on his answering machine. Messages that it is my guess were no better or worse than what they would have said to him during the interview (his granddaughter would still have been a 'satanic slut' and an erotic dancer who russell brand 'knew'). You can argue that they were wrong to leave the messages all you want and I would fully understand anybody doing so. At this point you must ask yourself, do you want them sacked for leaving the messages? In which case you have to take into account all of the above whereby Sachs is a comedy actor that agreed to an interview with two lewd interviewers and who obviously knew that his granddaughters JOB would most likely be brought up. Or is the real anger that it was part of a radio show? If it is th latter then should the anger not be directed at the producer/editor who chose to leave the material in? It wasn't a live radio show.
According to a bloke just been on Radio 2 - producers etc overlooked former chairman of commons media committee or some such like pointed out something which many are overlooking and which is a very good point IMHO - who approved this pre-recorded radio programme for transmission even after Mr. Sachs had been alerted to it's content and expressed his opinion that it shouldn't go out. The producers or similar should be in more trouble than the presenters - I bet there's plenty of stuff said on Hav I got news for you that doesn't go out, as Paul Merton regularly jokes about it. OK this is different but presenters such as Brand and Wossy just say whatever comes to them, they are spontaneous and this is what (in some people's opinion) makes them funny. Here they clearly went too far but it should have been an obvious decision to simply cut that part from the show.
RE: I think it's a massive overreaction what about the parts where they mentioned sachs topping himself, and them giving sachs a hand job as an apology?
What puzzles me Only 2 complaints at the time it was broadcast. Daily Mail carry the story and about 10,000 people complain? How many of them actually heard what they were complaining about? I suspect many people are complaining because they don't like them!
Except he didn't do the interview These shows where they think it's a laugh to phone up and pretend to be someone else, or phone up and leave messages like that - all the same, just make humour completely at someone elses expense and laugh at the genuine reaction it gets. Same with "You've Been Framed"
