    I cant quite make my mind up on Russia, although Putin seems to be someone who wont disappear....


    I do, and have for years major reservations about China. But they supply the world with cheap ****, so that's ok, apparently.

    The change is in the process of being repealed right now, as it was completely obvious that it was an insane idea in the first place. The original decriminalisation was carried out under pressure from the odious Russian Orthodox Church, which has seen its influence grow considerably in conservative circles.
