    If you go through our team in that first season in the championship before half the team left in January, he was the worst of the regular starters.

    He then performed brilliantly in a cameo off the bench for Liverpool in a friendly against Bayern which got him a new contract & a loan move to Freiburg but he was garbage for them & couldn’t get a game & they cancelled the loan.

    He then got loaned out to Bristol City & was poor for them.

    He’s now gone to the SPL & I’ve not really followed his progress but it’s a step down from the championship & bundesliga which he shouldn’t be having to make if he’s such a great talent.

    Basically living off a decent performance in a pre-season friendly.
